I'm so excited about the Blonde for Fall Trend!! When the leaves begin to change and the days get shorter and darker it seems everyone dyes their hair darker, traditionally including yours truly. But this Fall I decided to brighten up the dark days of Fall and Winter and go Blonde!! A new idea, or so I thought lol. Apparently it's a new thing for F/W 2017 to go light!           Loving this bright and sunny sweater for Fall! I found it at Marshalls last week and it was perfect for Sunday Brunch/Wine Trail with my mom! It's been slightly cool in the evening but hot during the day, I knew we'd be out all day and didn't want to pack a small suitcase to change my clothes, so this worked out well. It's heavier but wide woven so you get good airflow. I know I shouldn't be jumping the gun on sweaters but I just couldn't help myself! I wanted to pair it with a wool hat but again it's just too warm, so this woven headband is a perfect in between! And yes, again with the Sperry Duck Boots. Absolutely my favorite find for Fall!! 

Friday night I was invited to an event hosted by Pyramid Hill/Sculpture Park. Australian Artist Amanda Parer displayed 3 of her 5 rabbit sculptures of art entitled "Intrude" at the park; the other 2 were in downtown Cincinnati for the "Blink" light show this past weekend.                                                                                                                The tea party began quite ironically, we were running late due to traffic, so the term "I'm late, I'm late, for a very important date" was thrown around as we hurried to get there. Once we arrived, we were greeted by the Mad Hatter (aka DJ Christopher Gaines from Jam Entertainment LLC) playing an mad mix of tunes like "Mad Hatter" by Melanie Martinez and "Heads Will Roll" from the Yeah Yeah Yeahs and clips from Disney's 1951 cartoon movie Alice in Wonderland.  https://www.facebook.com/JAM-Entertainment-LLC-104639269622131/    

I love this trend and with the un-Fall-like weather we are having in Cincinnati, this is perfect for date night! I started early evening not needing a jacket; it's been high 70s/low 80s in Cincinnati so something on your shoulders is necessary, but a sweater is too hot during the day. If you are just venturing out with this trend a light jacket adds confidence (at least until the sun goes down or you get a few drinks in).
