Vacay Accessories


                                            

Here are a few of my favorite accessories from my sunny pre-summer vacay!

I know a lot of you loved this round straw bag as much as I do! I saw one similar, originally on Target's website but it was out of stock almost immediately after I spotted it! Goes to show you that when you see something jump on it before it's gone! I found this bag at Nordstrom Rack online (Brand: Melie Bianco, Ciara Round Straw Bag) and added the tassel (from Amazon). I thought this was a fun idea because I can use the tassel on other bags (though I haven't yet, but stay tuned to my Insta and you might see it pop up again). My blouse is from Macy's Backstage; I wore this with so many shorts on vacation. It's super comfortable and I wish I had a link to share to it, I'll keep looking! This pool float from Float Kings is amazing! At one point we had 2 adults and a kiddo floating around the pool on it! It withstood a 4 year old jumping on it all week so this thing is super durable! I was lounging on it and couldn't even touch the water! It does take some powerful lungs (like 4 people) to blow it up. Or the use of an air pump (which I didn't realize until we were down there). FK does sell a pump for them which is nice and they come with a handy storage backpack! I kind of want them all! At least all 3 colors that the swan comes in!

I am LOVING this cape for Fall! When I bought it I thought, 'ok this is going to be cute for the beginning of Fall when it's not super cold, then I'll have to layer sweaters under it and still wear a coat.' Gray Goddess

                                            I really need to order these before they are gone! I've gone in my shoe closet several times and black sandals are too dark, nude sandals just aren't quite right for the outfit and for some reason I'm weird about white sandals (working on breaking my uncertainties) Here is the link for these hot Summer sandals! My Little Bathroom Nook

              My little bathroom nook is finally complete! We been in the cottage for 5 months now and when we moved in it was the beginning of the shut downs so it was like just get moved in and deal with getting settled later! When we moved in it was a plane storage closet with the electrical box. I can't even remember if we had shelves or not. We purchased a little plastic 3 drawer storage box on wheels from Meijer and that was about it. We put an accordion door on it so we could close it (out of sight when we had guests). But honestly mid party I would realize we had forgotten to close it and our junk was still in sight! So here we are several months later, about to start on the main house but at least I finally finished this to enjoy the last few months or so while we are still living in the cottage!
