Vacay Outfits


   Vacation was amazing but I am I guess part of the excitement of taking a trip is getting back to normal life (and planning the next adventure!!) I loved hopping from pool to beach then back to the pool. It was only a 5 minute bike ride from our house to the beach. So throw your towel and some drinks in your bike basket and off you go! Not to mention I am always thinking of my backgrounds and what better place to shoot than on the beach!! I'm looking forward to sporting it with shorts and a tank! The gold "Constellation Jumpsuit" I actually bought for my girls trip in July to Vegas. But at the last minute I thought how perfect it would be for the beach; turns out it was the same color as the sand, lol. The third thing from XOMandySue on my Blog today is this adorable (yet sexy) pink "Whitney Dress." It's also available in black, which is what you will see on their site as the main picture. Black is my go-to but I have enough LBD's so I opted for pink and even with my usual pale skin it looked great! So if you are pale skinned, don't let that deter you. More to come later so check back! For now back to Monday, back to the reality... (when's lunch?!)

P.S.: Scroll to the bottom to see the "secret item" I did not post. I wore almost every single night when we sat outside and it got a little chilly! I didn't post pics bc like I said it was night time and the lighting didn't work. My Little Gray Cape (Trench Coat)

I am LOVING this cape for Fall! When I bought it I thought, 'ok this is going to be cute for the beginning of Fall when it's not super cold, then I'll have to layer sweaters under it and still wear a coat.' But just wearing it for the short time we did this shoot I was sweating! Gray Goddess

                                            I really need to order these before they are gone! My Little Bathroom Nook

              My little bathroom nook is finally complete! We been in the cottage for 5 months now and when we moved in it was the beginning of the shut downs so it was like just get moved in and deal with getting settled later! When we moved in it was a plane storage closet with the electrical box. I can't even remember if we had shelves or not. We purchased a little plastic 3 drawer storage box on wheels from Meijer and that was about it. We put an accordion door on it so we could close it (out of sight when we had guests). But honestly mid party I would realize we had forgotten to close it and our junk was still in sight! So here we are several months later, about to start on the main house but at least I finally finished this to enjoy the last few months or so while we are still living in the cottage!
